Their own favourites you certainly couldn’t remove without a riot: eggs on toast and their classic milk buns. But it’s their seasonal plates where Established Coffee really shine. A changing list of dishes so gobsmackingly good you will never look at brunch the same. They take risks on this menu, and it pays off.
